A big shoutout to my incredibly patient and determined seller,Pazz, on the successful sale of hercommercial building in downtown Big Rapids! This one was definitely a journey - a long, drawn-out process filled with hurdles, delays, and moments where things felt a bit out of our control. She once ran a charming little boutique in the building, while also leasing out the other three spaces-a true entrepreneur and a wonderful person to work with.
