Bittersweet Success, and a Job Well Done

I want to send a huge congratulations to Tia & RJ—two incredible siblings who worked alongside me every step of the way to get their late father’s property sold. After his unexpected passing, they were gifted his home… but along with that camea tremendous amount of work—physically, emotionally, and legally.

The pole barn was packed to the brim, and the property needed a lot of care to get it looking show-ready. And that was just the beginning. We also tackled some major title hurdles:A land contract from the late 70s that had never been properly deededOld liens that required court judgments to be cleared

Despite the challenges,Tia and RJ never gave up. They rolled up their sleeves, stayed committed, and together we got through it. This wasn’t just a closing—it was a true team effort, and I’m so proud to have walked this journey with them.

Fun fact: Tia used to watch my kids when they were little. It means the world to me to now be able to support her and RJ.
