Congratulations to my friend and repeat client, Ross Momany, on the sale of his family’s beloved home in Big Rapids.
Some homes are more than just four walls—they hold decades of memories, laughter, and family history. From his father’s Air Force retirement in 1972 to generations of love and memories shared within its walls, this home has been a cornerstone for their family. With his mom in long-term care and his sister Ruth’s recent passing, this was an emotional transition, but Ross handled it with the same strength and heart he’s always shown in our years serving together on the Reed City School Board.
Helping a friend through such a meaningful sale reminds me why I love what I do.
