A transplant turned into a local. Over 20 years ago Tricia chose Reed City to put down her roots. Like many in our town, Tricia’s life journey didn’t start in Reed City. Originally from a one red light, small town known as Standish, Michigan where she was surrounded by a large family of dairy farmers. She left what she knew and what was comfortable to attend Ferris State University. During her time at Ferris State University of finding her way, Tricia developed a passion for service. Her desire to help people and provide stellar customer service led Tricia to become a Real Estate Agent in 2000 and later earning her Broker’s license in 2005.
Tricia was making waves in Real Estate from the beginning. Starting with Rookie of the Year to Top Sales Achievement awards, Ambassador Award and the prestigious People’s Choice Awards, Tricia has proven her abilities as an agent. She strives to provide her clients with the best service by continuing advanced Real Estate education and applying unique sales techniques.
Real Estate has also given Tricia the ability to put her customer service background to use giving back to the community. “I am a believer in the United Way Slogan – GIVE. ADVOCATE. VOLUNTEER.” Tricia has volunteered and continues to participate on several boards and committees. She has previously served on the Reed City School Board, Mecosta County and Reed City Chamber of Commerce, Reed City Little League, Senior Regent at the Reed City Mooseheart, and the Osceola County Ambassador Committee of the West Central Board of Realtors to name just a few. She enjoys giving back to the community that has given so much to her.
When Tricia is away from the office she can be found boating, watching baseball, and spending time with her husband, Brian, and two children.
Danielle decided to pursue a career in Real Estate because of her strong desire to help people. Because of her long history of working in the customer service industry, she is passionate about the service her clients get. And being born and raised here, she offers competitive insight to Reed City and the surrounding areas. She is motivated and eager to make your buying and selling process seamless whether you are a first time homebuyer or adding to your investment portfolio. Danielle is very dedicated and will strive to give you the best possible experience by making your wants and needs her top priority.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys cooking, reading, running, working out, and spending time with her boyfriend Clinton and their families.

After years in the medical industry, I have decided to return Real Estate. It was a career that I really enjoyed and have missed since leaving. I even earned the distinction of “Rookie of the Year” for $2.3 million in sales in 2006. This was a much more difficult milestone to reach than it is in today’s market!
I have lived in the LeRoy area for most of my life. I enjoy all that our area has to offer—from our rivers, lakes, and woods to our charming villages, towns and cities. My husband and I enjoy boating and riding our UTV with our kids and our friends.
I am dedicated to helping my clients have a great experience whether they are buying or selling. I believe that communication is the key to this. I listen to client’s needs and I am committed to working hard every day to meet those needs.
